We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

·  Understand the business requirements, UI design, Web based and mobile applications. Write and prepare technical performance test plans
·   Use Load Runner/ JMeter (or other similar tools) to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services and DB Server.
·  Design and execute performance tests to assess the responsiveness, scalability, and stability of applications under various load conditions.
·  Identify and diagnose performance issues, including bottlenecks, latency, and resource consumption.
·   Analyze test results and create detailed reports that highlight performance metrics, trends, and any potential issues.
·  Collaborate with development teams to provide recommendations for performance improvements.
·  Conduct stress, load, endurance, and scalability testing to ensure systems can handle expected user traffic.
·  Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, disk I/O, network) during testing to identify potential issues.
·  Perform capacity planning and ensure system scalability for future growth.
·   Provide feedback on system architecture and design from a performance perspective.
·  Ensure that performance testing aligns with business objectives and customer expectations.
·  Prepare product level performance regression pack.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Candidate should be able to identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements
·  Should be able to derive the NFR based stats on the basis of discussion with Business & Architects. 
·  Knowledge on scenario creation for basic types (Peak , Soak  , Stress) & advance types (spike , scalability etc.) of performance tests
·  Extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , to conduct performance testing.
·  Experience in monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools
·  Working knowledge on tools like Postman for API & able to understand end points /payloads etc 
·   Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders with details of test carried out & their results.
·  Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions that consist of web, client, and mobile technologies to ensure they meet desired performance standards under specified user loads.
·   Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management.
·  Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Very good written and oral communication skills.
·   Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
·   Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning
·  Experience in Banking domain 
·   Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics
