We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Role Purpose:
Accountable for the overall delivery of a sizeable Talent Acquisition & Onboarding function across the Global Service Center (GSC) for offshore services provided to USA. For this role is expected to lead a team to deliver the operation, BAU activities and continue a transformation of the function.
Principal Accountabilities
· Stakeholder management that maximizes candidate and hiring manager experience aligned to values whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and legislative requirements.
· Partner with suppliers (Recruitment Process Outsourcing [RPO], Managed Service Provider [MSP] & Vendor Management Solution [VMS]) to maximize performance and optimize outcomes in line with service level agreements and customer expectations ensuring a high quality and cost effective service is delivered
· Ensure positive customer experience (Candidates and Hiring Managers and influencing stakeholders) involved throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to do the same
· Reduce time to fill vacancies to increase potential productivity.
· Effective management of cost and maximizing innovative & efficient sourcing solutions
· Consistently and rigorously vetted Candidates mitigating business risk
· Creation of targeted ‘Candidate Pools’ of talented individuals to support strategic business growth
· Accountability for diverse sourcing channels and fair selection process, in line with relevant legislation.
· Full understanding of the regulatory environment in USA.
Requirements
· Fluent in English & Spanish
· Great stakeholder management
· Demonstrable track record in process management and improvement, delivering service excellence and cost reduction through vendor performance management.
· Experience in leading large, operational teams (on-site, near and off shore teams), cross border and managing performance of individuals and vendors
· Experience in analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data and making commercial decisions with the outcomes.
· Experience in leading and monitoring the diversity of candidate pools.
· Business acumen
· Resilience & proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timescales
