We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager – Propositions and Partnerships.  

Principal Responsibilities

·  Developing CIB sustainability proposition strategy and KPIs: assist in activities including outing the vision for end state propositions, outlining key areas of priority within the customer journey, identifying the customer and business objectives, building the business case and roadmap, designing, testing and building the solutions(s), ensuring on-going development and lifecycle management
·  Proposition Development - Working with select markets and product areas to work on launching pilots and successful commercialisation of these propositions including gathering business appetite, customer testing, customer recruitment, development of frontline and customer assets as well as monitoring of performance
·  Partnership origination and ongoing management, from identifying, selecting, testing, commercialising and monitoring 3rd party partnerships regionally; leading the initial relationship with select partners, negotiating terms, measures of success, coordinating partnership execution and ongoing monitoring of performance
·  Assist with development of the commercialisation and monetisation strategy in conjunction with the wider business teams (regions/countries), product lines, and relevant functions (e.g. Marketing, Procurement, others.), assist in the development of commercialisation and monetisation optionality and business projections to ensure propositions are effectively brought to market and that customers, financial and ESG objectives are achieved
·  Stakeholder engagement/ communications; develop materials to clearly and effectively communicate CIB Sustainability proposition, capability development initiatives, whilst acting as key interface with other areas of the Group on their sustainability activities, driving collaboration where possible and represent CIB Sustainability

Requirements

·  A sound knowledge of CIB, including credit & lending, trade & payment products, services, systems
·  Previous experience in product development and commercialisation is highly preferred
·  Demonstration of knowledge in the field of Sustainability or Sustainable Finance including strong knowledge of the Group and CIB’s sustainability strategy, priorities and initiatives
·  Highly motivated to ensure successful delivery of product proposition and partnership initiatives
·  Very good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
·  Manage a range of projects and initiatives, interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders of different levels, cultures, and operating models.
·  Promote the Group’s values including, value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve customer offering, ways of working; have a forward-thinking mind-set.
·  Promote a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration, recognising the collective interests and outcomes rather than solely for the individual
·  Experience in the delivery of business critical change and frontline, customer-facing roles
·  Seeks to understand people-related challenges, industry trends and regulatory change
·  Experience of working in collaboration with other businesses and functions on complex topics to deliver targeted customer and business outcomes
·  Track record of flexibility and adaptability in fluid environments of constantly changing priorities, looking for innovative ways to improve the services delivered to customers, challenging bureaucracy and staying true to the values and strategy of the Group
·  Contributes productively to team objectives, whether supporting or leading activities to achieve shared goals
