We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Digital Proposition.
Principal Responsibilities
· Define digital marketing and promotion roadmap that thrive for optimized customer awareness and adoption and sold financial impact
· Develop effective digital customer programs and capabilities that will accelerate digital engagement and communication with Commercial Banking customers
· Effective use of technology such as AI and data analytics to identify and create opportunities for digital acquisition as well as face-to-face sales optimization
· Driving the implementation of digital programs committed in AOP from digital growth perspective. Delivery of on-target, acquisition-led digital channel performance for I&I products and services
· Responsible for liaison and alignment with wider company digital strategy and organizational alignment, especially integration with the BBPM strategy and collaboration on creative development. Collaboration with key business stakeholders to build solutions that will drive customer growth, propensity sales leads and business success
· Promote digital commercialization transformation which links to overall Insurance & Investment business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement
· Tracking of future digital marketing trends, business models and media consumption to enable timely commercial advantages
Requirements
· Proven experience in proposition and marketing space within the banking financial or fintech industry, with a focus on digital channels
· Solid experience in leading projects from transformation to commercialization
· Strong understanding of digital proposition, acquisition, customer journey management, content creation, and data analysis
· Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, business case presentation and influencing
· Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
· Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
· Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
· Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
