We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Customer Performance.
Principal Responsibilities
· Partner with markets to execute customer-related activities effectively
· Engage with key stakeholders in Product, Risk, Compliance, and COO for Global Insurance customer management
· Lead the engagement, acquisition and retention of prospects and customers
· Developing and implementing new propositions across markets
· Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and competitor positioning
· Lead customer performance management for global insurance
· Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and outcomes
· Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to influence all levels of the organization
· Apply strong analytical skills to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
· Demonstrate a proven ability to develop and implement customer initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
Requirements
· Degree graduate with proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the insurance industry
· Fluency in English and Chinese
· Strong track record of acquiring new insurance customers and implementing successful customer initiatives
· Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
· Proficient in conducting market analysis and utilizing insights for strategic decision-making
· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to influence organizational strategies effectively
· Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth through customer-centric approaches
