We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior HR Transformation Consultant.
Principal responsibilities
· Implementation across the HRS&T portfolio is effectively managed in the context of the projects they are aligned to or are leading working in close conjunction with all relevant internal and external parties, and in alignment with Group and HR standards.
· Drive and design solutions leveraging various delivery and change methodologies and tools appropriate for the business problem.
· Ensure clear and concise plans are in place for related initiatives and that these are clearly aligned with the strategy of the Group HR function and HRST portfolio globally.
· Actively anticipate, manage, and report on risks, issues, dependencies, and financial costs and benefits to enable effective delivery.
Requirements
· Knowledge of HR departments and HR CoEs, including HR core platforms and processes.
· Experienced or advanced level skills in utilizing change and delivery methodologies e.g. project/ programme management methodologies or Agile frameworks, in the context of large transformation initiatives.
· Experienced or advanced level skills and knowledge in enabling and embedding change initiatives utilising organizational change management methodologies e.g ProSci, ADKAR and equivalents.
· Experienced or advanced consulting skills including insights gathering, analysis idea/ options generation, solution recommendation and converting options/ requirements into meaningful work products or project plans/ approaches, addressing problems/ challenges with high degrees of complexity.
· Effective or experienced in developing solutions leveraging Design Thinking methodology and tools.
· Intermediate knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc. – and understanding implications to HR.
· Leading on large scale transformational change initiatives, ideally global initiatives.
· Change management i.e. managing people and organizational risks and changes that may occur because of implementing transformation projects/ programmes.
