We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Engineer

Business: Cybersecurity

Principal responsibilities

-Act as key member of CAT Support Pod team to proactively complete the tasks in Jira board.
-Monitor CAT general support mail box/Support team Incident Queue and response for L2 support of Active Directory service requests.
-Monitor CAT owned servers through SCOM infra and perform immediate fix.
-Provide support and consultancy for application teams on integrated Active Directory authentication integration with on-perm AD LDS/AD FS, and Azure AD.
-Arrange and deploy regular MS update/package through SCCM to CAT Servers.
-Sharing the iAM knowledge and organize the training for the team member and related party.
-Take the roster job for CAT firefight support (available for night calls, scheduled work in non-office hour), be a member of the HTSA CAT on-call Support Roster.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies.
-Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills. 
-Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI, SQL, SCCM, SCOM in Windows Server 2012/2019, Azure AD.
-Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO’s. 
-Knowledge of Quest Active Directory Suite, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Forefront Identity Management are preferable. 
-Expert knowledge of UNIX, DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, in a Windows 2012/2019 landscape. 
-Good knowledge on Authentication protocols such as NTLM, Kerberos, SAML, Oauth, etc.
-Must have an understanding of how to identify and instill industry best practices. 
-Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture. 
-Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.
-Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems. 
-Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Desired experience working in a regulated banking/financial environment.
