We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Control Manager, Technology.
Business: Regional CIO - ASP
Principal responsibilities
· Collaborate within Technology and the Bank to deliver collective goals in line with the Service Management strategies and priorities
· Drive the maturity, implementation and adoption of Service Management discipline best practice
· Ensure governance is in place to cover operational process, workflows and service provision
· Review of risks and key controls through end-to-end process walkthroughs, events or thematic reviews, data-driven reviews or issue read across, and evidence reviews.
· Carry out activities to help ensure control assessments are accurate, effective, comply with procedures and templates, and meet quality control requirements.
· Prepare and present Managament Information at performance and governance forums
· Interface with internal and external auditors
Requirements
· University Graduate in Technoloy/Business/Banking/Risk Management or related subject
· Effective stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization
· Strong leadership and sense of ownership, proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent organization and execution skills
· Demonstrated flexibility and openness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
What additional skills will be good to have?
· Solid experience in managing resilience and operational risk, or operational resilience, preferably gained through first line or risk roles with large financial institutions
· Broad knowledge of banking business, operational processes, systems, products and services will be an advantage
· Experience of managing large-scale or enterprise-wide change programs is a plus
