We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
Business: GPBW and AMG Tech
Principal responsibilities
• Incident Management Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide incident management support for GPB Asia Applications, adhering to DevOps methodology.
• Ticket Management: Manage system query tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain and update technical documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• User Communication: Communicate effectively with business users to resolve application incidents and queries, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
• Weekend Support: Provide support for weekend program/project rollouts as needed, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
Requirements
• Must possess a university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Should have knowledge or practical experience in Application Support or Development, ideally within an enterprise or global setting.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Cloud/Spring Boot, REACT, Hydrogen Standard API, and Oracle SQL is required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, show initiative, enthusiasm, and a quick learning aptitude.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Familiarity or experience with Cloud technologies, such as AWS, is an advantage.
