We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
The Colleague Workflow Team within Management Services IT are responsible for the end-to-end delivery and maintenance of ServiceNow instances for ServCo Management and Global Legal. Our team is made up of dynamic professionals, from Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to Technical Architects, Developers, and Analysts. Together, we collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the crucial Book of Work.
In this role, you will:
· Provide Technical Analysis for Ask Legal initiatives.
· Asses the viability of new requests and provide proposals and solutions to the business that meet business requirements, align with IT strategy, and maximise reuse opportunities.
· Translate business requirements into system requirements using the appropriate terminology to facilitate the progression of a project through elaboration and definition.
· Demonstrate good analytical skills to ensure business problems are questioned and understood and the solutions are cost effective and timely.
· Manage IT as a business, articulate and identify non-functional requirements.
· Ensure delivery of assigned project tasks on time and to budget.
· Ensure commercial benefits of change are delivered to the organisation.
· Be a subject matter expert in a technology function and would be required to manage multiple small scale, moderately complex projects.
· Drive sustainable growth, add sustainable value by looking at opportunities to reduce the complexity of the application where possible.
· Promote good practice, promote importance of following risks, recognize inefficiencies, and adheres to policies.
· Support processes for service enhancement that result in improved service, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.
· Report progress and identify and raise any issues/risks, escalating as appropriate to enable satisfactory resolution.
· Have relationships across various functions on a peer-to-peer level and will also be required to interact with senior management in the organisation. Also interact with Regional/Global teams primarily within the Legal function.
· Establish and maintain good communication and relationships, both internal and external to the Bank as a representative of the analysis domain.
· This role will report to the ServiceNow Platform Lead - Ask Legal
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Experience of working on ServiceNow is required.
· Understanding of Agile methodologies and working practices is required.
· Good knowledge of the core concepts of ServiceNow to include its OOTB functions and customisation capabilities.
· Experience of system testing with a focus on end-user testing and ensuring traceability between requirements and testcases.
· Experience of business process, data and functional process mapping preferred.
· Able to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and a rapid learning capability.
· Proven results-driven approach with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
· Experience of forming and maintaining network relationships - solid partner/stakeholder interaction skills
· Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
· Experience of working knowledge on ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery preferred.
· ServiceNow Certification preferred.
