We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: Group Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

·  Provide support across the end-to-end Multi-channels customer engagement solution using Cloud, Big data, micro-services, third party decision engine and run lifecycle, utilising skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand.
·  Provide thought-leadership to stakeholders across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
·  Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
·  End-to-end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey
·  Liaise with other engineers, architects and business stakeholders, to understand and drive the product or service's direction
·  Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data
·  Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end-to-end journeys, ensuring they have an excellent domain knowledge
·  Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change
·  Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team
·  Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered

Requirements

·  Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
·  Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
·  Previous experience as senior engineer lead on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs.
·  Demonstrate a strong background in requirements gathering, tracking and analysis with an ability to communicate the information to both technical and non-technical professionals
·  Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object Oriented concepts
·  Experience and knowledge in SQL/ NoSQL Databases
·  Experience of implementing real time corporate digital marketing campaigns application is a plus
·  Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
·  Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
·  Passionate about building an innovative culture.
·  High proficiency in both verbal and written English
·  Excellent communication skill and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders, internally and externally
