We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will :
· Providing full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities.
· Work in UK shift to monitor application and scheduled jobs. On rotation basis, provide support on weekends and on-call support after office hours.
· Technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems - inputs based on business/operations requirements.
· Actively look for process improvements, automation, efficiency gain and technology.
· Work with development team to resolve complex technical issues / problems.
· Perform production deployment using Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Take end to end responsibility of prod infrastructure for patching activity.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will :
· Strong analytical skills/Troubleshooting/debugging the code to identify root cause and provide work around to business wherever possible.
· Embed IT Problem Management disciplines into the day-to-day activities of all our service line teams, ensuring HSBC best practice is followed during post Incident analysis, action identification and tracking.
· Expert in ITSM Change request and Incident management process.
· Hands on experience on C Sharp, Dot Net, IIS and Windows service.
· Able to analyse and fine tune database queries.
· Hands on experience Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, and Incident management tool like SNOW.
· Should have knowledge on HTML, CSS, windows scripting and terraforms.
· Should have knowledge on Azure services like VM, App Service, ADFS, Azure SQL MI, Blob Storage and ADO.
· Good to have to knowledge on Windows and SQL database.
· Good to have knowledge of monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos or Graffana.
· Good communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate in the production/crisis calls. Experience in working with UK colleagues will be an added advantage.
