We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

·  Provide 24x7 and On-call Support on Production services
·  Service Transition and acceptance: Co-ordinate implementation activities for smooth transition from development to production
·  Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for Internet Banking and Mobile SRE platforms.. Join crisis calls and lead major incident response efforts to minimize downtime and impact.
·  Conduct root cause investigations and driving long-term fixes through problem management. Triage major issues efficiently, ensuring quick resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
·  Provide SME-level knowledge in AppDynamics and Splunk for application performance monitoring.
·  Troubleshoot and optimize Java/JEE/Microservices Applications deployed on IBM WAS, IBM WPS, JBoss, Tomcat.
·  Lead problem management initiatives to prevent recurring incidents. Design and develop AI/ML models based on datasets to drive automation and operational improvements.
·  Create visualizations to support automation initiatives and enhance decision-making. Develop robust, scalable automation solutions using Python.
·  Build and manage APIs that integrate with service management systems and other enterprise tools. Lead result-driven automation initiatives to improve system reliability and efficiency.
·  Manage cloud-based applications and supporting application migrations with a clear understanding of the process. Ensure seamless integration of microservices and REST APIs with Kubernetes, Mule Gateway, PCF, and other cloud platforms.
·  Engage with stakeholders to define automation strategies and drive result-oriented initiatives.Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance on automation, AI/ML and SRE best practices.
·  Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Extensive end to end development experience in Python, AI/ML, and automation from conceptualization to implementation.
·  Extensive end to end development experience in Python, AI/ML, and automation from conceptualization to implementation
·  Ability to work with little and ambiguous requirements in a dynamic environment.
·  Self-starter with excellent observation and correlation skills.
·  Hands-on experience in Python-based AI/ML development, including model building and automation scripting.
PCAP (Python Certified Associate Programmer) certification is a plus.
·  Gen-AI implementation knowledge would be an advantage.
