We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities

·  Support product maintenance and product monitoring tasks.
·  Responsible to track and ensure we adhere to regulatory and internal requirement.
·  Support product offering and pricing.
·  Prepare & provide product material and information, including product factsheet, product features, risk disclosures, daily bond spreadsheet.
·  Provide updates throughout product life cycle, e.g. bond corporate action
·  Conduct gap analysis and implementation of new initiatives, new regulatory changes, internal guideline Oversee product governance.
·  perform product due diligence and maintain product policies and procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
·  Host Product Governance Forum, Investment Panel and HCBS EXCO on regular basis
·  Owner of suitability framework and cross border policy
·  Owner of HCBS digital platform & e-statement to support maintenance, monitoring and implementation of new / changes in HCBS Web and HCBS mobile app, also content management of HCBS public website

Requirements

·  Graduation / Master’s Degree 
·  Adept compiling and analyzing large datasets & proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint 
·  Effective with stakeholder management and communications, able to work with teams across locations 
·  Analytical skillset and tools like SQL, BI, Python. 
·  Strong organizational and time management skills 
·  Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to details and diligence 
·  Adequate knowledge of Capital Markets products especially Equities, Fixed Income
·  Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to learn and adapt
