Define and agreed product portfolio and services for GPB customers in collaboration with product owners and aligned business strategy
• Define and agreed with relevant stakeholders, continuous improvements to provide better services to GPB customers as well as responsible of the follow up and improvements implementation for NPS GPB
• Work with GPB Group, Region and Country stakeholders in WPB and other businesses in HSBC to grow our GPB franchise through customer growth, enhanced customer experience and deepened client relationships
• Implement and track initiatives focused in enhance product and services portfolio offer to GPB customers and to negotiate better conditions in products and services for the customers.
• Work with marketing and product owners to ensure campaigns are aligned to the GPB global definition value offer and materials are aligned to the customer segment.
• Design and ensure approvals of MKT materials for GPB proposition (customer facing) according to the local regulation and GPB principles.
• Provide training about GPB value proposition offer and developing of sales support materials for proposition
• Lead and implement business initiatives to grow segment penetration, enhance customer experience, align with global standards required for the segment, etc.

• Provide client facing materials for value proposition, products and sales pitch to support customer conversations with RMs
• Execute and track proposition upgrades and downgrades across business continuum
• Manage teams out of the leadership scope to align priorities and influence people to implement improvements for GPB customers
• Attract, develop, and motivate different business areas to have a common objective
Requirements
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within multiple disciplines or a fast changing discipline.
• The role requires a comprehensive understanding of several value units / products / regions / legal entities, alongside an advanced understanding of the industry and the relative positioning of the HSBC's products and services.
• Management responsibilities through subordinate managers performing diverse activities (cross discipline e.g. Finance, Technology, Banking)
• Is proactive in developing ideas, continuously searching for improvements in techniques which add value to the business and has full responsibility for implementation
• Latitude to make decisions within the value unit / region / product / legal entity strategy guidelines. There is direction from the long-term business goals with few or no policies to direct how the role should work.
• Creates business plans for own teams and expected to contribute into value unit / region / product / legal entity strategy
• The role requires an extremely high level of interactive listening, in order to negotiate with others often at the highest level.
• The role requires the ability to negotiate and influence within their team with a high level of influence.
