We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

·  In this role, you will be:
·  Manage small/medium/large deliveries in Oracle Fusion ensuring timely delivery of outputs by working closely with business, technology and leadership teams
·  Lead and manage various scrum ceremonies across PODs in fusion technology.
·  Plan and manage resource, technology and project budget across pods
·  Identify, track, report risk and issues across POD and project deliveries.
·  Ensuring governance, process improvement by facilitating & reporting status are followed.
·  Analyze & align to latest agile processes, prioritize the deliverables by resource allocations in BoW. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Primary Skills & Criteria [Mandatory]
·  Minimum Work Experience: 10-15 years
·  Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Budgeting, forecasting and Planning (GPDM), Project Management, Resource Management, etc
·  Experienced Scrum Master, who also managed Scrum of Scrums
·  Experience with agile methodologies and working as scrum master. Proven record of working in a collaborative environment with technology and cross functional business teams. Effective leader as well as team player with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Strong communication skills coupled with presentation skills.
·  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Candidate should be able to lead and track book of work deliveries, prioritise requirements, track schedule independently and present periodic status to management.
·  Prior experience across project planning, costing, resourcing, requirements gathering, build and implementation, stakeholder co-ordination, release management and production support.
·  Good understanding of “Oracle Fusion” or any other ERP’s technical and functional components and business process flow. [Preferred but not mandatory]
·  Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks. Budget management and forecasting of project demand.
·  Experience in management of external service providers and vendor management. Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance, framework and controls.
·  Ability to effectively navigate and deliver change/transformation programmes in large global financial organizations, amidst the challenges posed by existing structure.
