We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operating Excellence Graduate-GRADUATE PROGRAM.

Principal responsibilities

·  Explore Digital Business Services (DBS) – the foundation of HSBC – providing the operations, technology and business services the bank needs to succeed.
·  Spend time working with the dedicated teams in Global Operations, the Deputy Chief Operating Office, the Chief Control Office (CCO) and Global Procurement.
·  Make a real and meaningful contribution in areas like digital transformation, customer experience, mergers and acquisitions, strategic procurement, and risk and governance.
·  Take part in a special business project where you'll work with other interns to solve a real-world business challenge.

·  Keen to learn about our customers and build trusted relationships.
·  Comfortable working at speed and adapting to changing situations.
·  Excited by the prospects of making things faster, easier and more efficient.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
