We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Asia MSS Reporting Manager

Business : Finance - GBM –MSS Business Finance Operations

Principle Responsibilities :

·  Reporting at business/ product level, overall business/product performance packs, Exco packs, RWAs for Asia MSS Pillar – End to end ownership of reporting, analysis and support automation – pythonXceptorQlik or any other tool.
·  Management and Business reporting – Forecast/FRP process support, BAU change initiatives and driving MI standardization.
·  Drive Reporting improvements incorporating feedback from stakeholders and business reviews, process changes from transformation initiatives that impact business reporting from time to time.
·  Demonstrating agility to incorporate series of reporting change management requests on the back of restructure initiatives.
·  Expert level proficiency in Global reporting systems i.e., TM1 (GRC, OPPL, BFR) and hands-on experience with ledger reporting (preferred)
·  Identify the key problem/pain areas in business as usual (BAU) and offer strategic solutions (Straight Through Processing for GBM Data Submissions
·  Review and challenge assumptions, provide suggestions to enhance Reporting improvements.
·  Robust reporting structure for reporting packs incorporating both Forecast/FRP and Actuals financials.
·  Collaborate across In-country and Fin Ops stakeholders to align Reporting with business submissions.

Requirements

·  Qualified Accountant (MBA, M.Com, B.Com) with +7 post qualification experience in Financial and Management Reporting
·  Advance Excel skills and working experience in Visualization tools – QlikSenseQlikView
·  Experience in Digital/automation tools like Qlik/Python would be an added advantage
·  Working knowledge of Reporting Systems (preferred)
·  Commercial acumen – good knowledge of Business drivers, P&L and Balance Sheet
·  Ability to plan, lead and implement change to Business Frameworks.
·  Good communication and ability to interact with multiple employee levels/business partners, etc.
·  Possess strong analytical and lateral thinking skills.
·  Strong relationship management skills across a diverse organization, especially with senior management
·  Flexibility to work in accordance with Business requirements – this may include working outside of normal hours
