Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship, Corporate Services.
Principal responsibilities
This position will also support Operational management Manager with activities, cyclical work pieces such as weekly/ monthly and annual Reporting and short term initiatives.
For the Operational Intelligent and Planning, the key tasks will include all or some of the following:
· Collection and consolidate data related to Golden System: FMS area, Horizon and PlanView.
· Collection, consolidation, follow up the change in layout and working with FM to update FMS.
For the Operational Management, the key tasks will include all or some of the following:
· Support OM manager in the implementation of ESG strategy and collect the data (energy, waste, water, CO2) from the team.
· Support OM manager to embed D&I culture in the team and in the bank as well.
· Collection and consolidate and update the DIM and follow up any change in process or procedure from H&S, Transaction, Capital project and Facilities.
· Facilitate & support OM manager in monthly recharge process by collecting information from FM and PWE.
· Collection and consolidate the Controls submission from H&S, FM, CP and PTE.
· Collection and consolidate the information of document record retention from CP, FM and PTE.
· Ensure governance is applied to all meetings with robust documentation and supporting management controls.
· Has a good understanding of CRE and its sub-functions, making recommendations for resolving any issues and value-add initiatives.
This position will supports Country Health &Safety Coordinator with H&S matters such as :
· Collection and consolidate H&S information related to Facilities process, Transaction process and Capital project process for monthly meeting.
· Periodic site visit with Country Health Safety Coordinator to identify H&S risk within the Country to minimize accidents to employees, customers, visitors, contractors and the general public, and as a consequence raises the profile of H&S management across HSBC within the country.
· Together with the Country Health Safety Coordinator assess and document H&S risks and based on this to develop & then manage a Country H&S action plan.
· Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported in accordance with the incident reporting requirements. Assist the H&S Manager with the investigation of all incident which is not related to FM.
Some challenges may include:
· Working within an environment where Health and Safety legislation and enforcement standards vary enormously.
· Working under pressure to ensure adequate resilience, compliance and performance.
· Working effectively across a number of stakeholders who may have conflicting viewpoints and agendas

· Good in English
· Excellent in Microsoft Office
· Excellent in interpersonal and communication
· Strong organizational and planning.
