We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Intern MHQ.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Deliver back office support for various treasury products including foreign exchange / money market / derivatives and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that all settlements / payments are properly proceeded in an efficient and effective manner.
·  Be responsible for operation process during the whole trade life cycle including trade validation, confirmation and affirmation, settlement, inter-system reconciliation, etc.
·  Act as the primary maker to input source data and prepare various internal/external reports, and maintain a high data quality of regulatory reports.
·  Continuously identify end-to-end process of existing procedure / workflow to improve quality and efficiency.
·  Pro-actively identify potential risk and weakness during daily operation process.
·  Join testing and provide support during new business/product launch or system enhancement / upgrade.
·  Deliver reliable, efficient, and competent services to back office, front office, and external customers in order to boost business growth of global markets.

Requirements

·  University Graduate in Finance, Economic or related area; working experience in banking industry and operations is preferred.
·  Have a basic knowledge related to financial market, as well as investment and treasury products.
·  Strong attentiveness to detail and risk control, with ability to work under pressure and independently.
·  Eager to learn and keen to grow and have good problem-solving skills.
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Can read and write in English fluently.
