We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insurance Distribution Support Specialist.
Principal Responsibilities
· Review life insurance new business application and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service
· Support to uplift branch and individual sales quality above threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting
· Timely provide accurate case information in consistent basis to sales staff for taking remediation to the new application
· Handle case enquires from sales staff in professional manner
· Support additional and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
· Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in finance, business or related field
· 2 years’ experience on bancassurance (preferably with sales quality &/or retail banking individual life insurance product knowledge and sales experiences)
· Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
· Conversant in PC skills (Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel with VBA/Macro is an advantage)
· Strong sense of teamwork and able to work independently
· Performance driven and results focused
· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
