Principal responsibilities
The trainee would be assisting in HAPL and HSCI matters –
1) Name change on share certificate – coordinating with consultant, documentation
2) Reconciliation of dividend received with the physical shares
3) Documentation of loss of shares, filing with IEPF
4) Assisting in statutory, internal audit – preparation of schedules, collating of data, documentation, verification
5) Supporting the tax team and other accounting matters
Requirements
Candidate should have completed 2 years of CA Articleship at the point of application for this role
