We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior IT Security Analyst

In this role you will:

·  Support the existing Segregation of Duties (SOD) – Toxic Combination program to ensure that the Global Standards are adhered to by a variety of Application Owners across all major Global Business functions.
·  Providing support to colleagues and acting as a first point of escalation where necessary.
·  Working with various Global Business and Global Function SOD representatives to better understand the process and rationale behind the Business Definitions. 
·  Providing working techniques in transforming legacy mapping practices to newly established approach.
·  Proposing improvements to Business SOD representatives in future deployments or business definition phases
·  Leading initial calls with newly scoped SOD applications where necessary.
·  Providing a final pass quality assurance of Technical Definition mappings.
·  Acting as joint primary PwC contact point, providing walkthroughs of the process to various reviewers
·  Requirements gathering from within the team to further enhance IAM solutions and providing process owner detailed explanations, rationale, and benefits.
·  Working with application teams, BIROs, BRCM and the business to identify sensitive business transactions within applications, to assist in mitigating Segregation of Duty risks.
·  Identifying opportunities for remediation within existing applications to enable conformance to least privilege principles.
·  Facilitating the uploading of SBT data to the group Identity and Access Management tool to utilize the automated segregation of duty control.
·  Documenting and evidencing quarterly reconciliations between key static data within the Identity and Access Management tool.
·  Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.
·  Implementing Identity Access Management strategies, and process changes.
·  Liaising with project managers and key stakeholders in assigned projects, to ensure all assigned tasks are completed as per project plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

·  Experience of Toxic Combination/Segregation of Duties processes and IAM Internal controls.
·  Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e., Experience working in and knowledge of Access Management in a financial environment is essential.
·  Experience in Role based access controls, role remediation, Access controls.
·  Experience in any one of the IAM tools like SailPoint/One identity manager. 
·  Sound knowledge of any typical business processes in (one or more) Global Markets, Commercial & Retail Banking, Private Banking and Finance.
·  Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e., Experience creating and executing operational processes and procedures is essential.
·  Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience.
·  Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
·  Role relevant qualifications, i.e., CISSP/CISM is desirable but not essential.
