We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as  Head of Acquisition and Proposition Development.

Principal responsibilities

·  Develop client continuum propositions & initiatives and connect all beyond banking propositions across International Education, Health & Wellness and Lifestyle etc with overarching strategy to drive Premier and Premier Elite customer growth with quality and revenue generation.
·  Develop overarching acquisition strategies with a focus on Greater China, riding on Premier propositions and by leveraging partnerships and product initiatives etc
·  Deliver holistic acquisition initiatives to achieve targeted business volumes with Partnership, Distribution, Digital, Product and Marketing teams
·  Collaborate with Partnership on:
·   driving implementation of new customer engagement offers and referral opportunities
·  developing and managing end-to-end journeys from capturing referrals to fulfilling account opening for onboarded partners.
·  Improve customer experience from acquisition to servicing through journey reviews and enhancements
·  Drive relevant performance indicators vs benchmarks.

Requirements

Requirements

-       Extensive years of experience within proposition, product, sales and/or marketing roles in a financial institution, preferably in Retail Banking, with a strong cross-functional understanding of customer segmentation, products, distribution network (sales), marketing, digital and analytics

-       Experience with high net worth, affluent segments and investment products required, with exposure to marketing HK or Asia will be a bonus

-       Experienced in strategic development within financial institutions

-       Strong understanding of retail and private wealth products, processes and operations

-       Experience of working in Greater China markets within retail banking and wealth management, focusing on Hong Kong

-       Knowledge of regulations, policies and competitive strategies across the retail banking and wealth management industry

-       Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders

-       Innovative mindset and positive attitude with the capability to work under pressure and deliver on multiple deadlines

-       Strong analytical and numerical skills

-       Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive execution excellence
