We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Infrastructure  

Principal responsibilities

·  Excellent project management and analytical skills to identify and address areas for development and improvement in customer journeys.
·  Excellent customer focus, with the capacity to answer customer needs and demonstrate commitment to providing the highest levels of service.
·  Ability to deliver and mobilize change while working with stakeholders across the organization.
·  Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance a range of competing priorities.
·  Proficient command of English and Chinese with good articulation of insights.
·  Innovative and a self-starter approach, with the ability to act on own initiative and exercise creativity in problem solving while coordinate a wide variety of solutions and projects.
·  Demonstrates self - awareness of own strengths and weaknesses, seeking feedback and taking responsibility for their own development.

Requirements

·  Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.
·  Ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
·  Ability to translate quantitative/qualitative analysis into actionable business strategies, business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results.
·  Facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
·  ‍Strong decision-making and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.
·  Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers.
·  Agile knowledge and adoption experience an advantage.
·  Good understanding and hands on experience of Excel, Power BI, and other automation tools.
·  Excellent English written/speak communication skills, ability to clearly document the current state and the recommendations. 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
