We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

·  Analyze business process requirement,  data model design, system design and develop the service in accordance with IT standards, under DevOps and Agile principle.
·  Provide timely production support, root cause analyses
·  Provide professional consultancy and support timely for users' queries or requests.
·  Maintain close communication with other IT teams and coordinate IT related stakeholder activities.
·  Actively engage in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management controls.
·  Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines and with minimal supervision.

Requirements

·  Rich experience in complex SaaS service data model design, system design, development and hands-on production troubleshooting skills
·  Rich experience in SaaS platform performance, reliability and observability improvement
·  Proficient in Java/Javascript/Python/Golang/Ansible
·  Proficient in SQL and performance improvement
·  Experience in data management and process improvement
·  Experience in CI/CD pipeline, test automation framework
·  Familiar with Agile, RAD, Prototyping, DevOps methodology and to use JIRA, Confluence.
·  Experience in ServiceNow implementation would be a plus
·  Experience agile methodologies would be a plus
·  Complex project management/team leadership experience is a plus
·  ServiceNow Certification (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator etc.) would be a plus

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

·  English speaking/listening is required
·  Fast learning capabilities and self-improvement awareness.
·  Great collaboration and communication skills.
·  Operational experience and knowledge of IT Service Management principles and methodologies including change, problem and service level management would be a plus
·  Excellent communication and influencing skills to convey risks and implications and influence teams to deliver positive operational outcomes.
·  Solid customer orientated partner/stakeholder interaction, including experience interacting with colleagues in higher positions.

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
