We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager
Business: Wealth & Personal Banking
Principal responsibilities
· Drive Business Performance, manage strategic initiatives and ensure operational and cost efficiency.
· Ensure transparency, monitoring (e.g., monthly dashboard) and reporting progress against plans, quality & costs
· Participate in design of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative MI
· Implement initiatives to improve service delivery.
· Manage risk by implementing strong governance framework and controls
· Undertake Day to Day support activities in helping to run the operation and Ad hoc requests and analysis as required/requested.
· Work closely with Stakeholders to enhance client experience.
· Participate in meetings and escalate any issues/Challenges in a timely manner and propose solutions where required.
· Provide Business Management support & change delivery initiatives in all areas of responsibility
Requirements
· Prior Business Management & Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
· Experience within Investment Products services( equity, fixed income, structured products)
· Data mining and Analysis
· Effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
· Experience in data analysis and understanding of financial and wealth aspects.
· Stakeholder Management- Ability to engage and build effective relationship with team and stakeholder.
· Project Management Experience
