We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Product Expert Wealth Insurance
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible to in developing and implementing strategy of bancassurance business by facilitating: resources learning & development, optimize Wealth Protection – needs identification and also diversification of prospective clients in respective business region- in compliance with prevailing regulations and applied risk management – in collaboration with respective region leader , and its team members: branch / business managers, as well as front liner (PRMs).
Information
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Solid job experience in Life Insurance especially Bancassurance for minimum 7 (seven) years
· Hold minimum bachelor’s degree
· Extensive wealth management and insurance products’ knowledge
· Strong discipline, sales-driven, and proactive to deliver excellence outcome
· Good interpersonal skill, persuasive and has ability to influence others thru positive attitude, and exemplary behavior
· Problem solving skills, as well as - sufficient understanding and strong commitment to comply with prevailing regulations and internal procedures
