We provide a full spectrum of treasury services to our customers, including foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, derivatives products, capital markets instruments, as well as market intelligence on global trends and key developments.

 

 We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Global Markets as Assistant Business Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities    

·  Support business line management in day to day operational and administrative management of the business
·  Assist in the adoption of Group’s and regulatory policies/guidelines, including the design site specific procedure and internal control workflow, and in the adherence to conduct and control best practices
·  Aid in the preparation of product papers for new products, services or processes
·  Support business line management in the proposition and internal adoption of new business initiatives
·  Assist to analyse new regulatory requirements and their impact for each product class and liaise with all regulatory parties internal and external as required
·  Support business manager to manage initiatives and ad hoc assignments
·  Participate in system development workgroup, perform business impact analysis and monitor projects progress
·  Ensure that strong working relationships are developed and maintained with all other Business support and functional team

Requirements

·  University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
·  Minimum of three years of experience in banking or financial institutions , preferably with experience in business administration/management, and risk and control management
·  Experience in Global Markets COO office, with knowledge in Global Markets business is a plus
·  Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills and able to critically evaluate information gather from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
·  Attentiveness to details, self motivated, and ability to work under pressure
·  Good communication, interpersonal skills and sense of ownership
·  Highly adaptable to changes and challenges
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin an advantage
·  Great sense of ownership and serving mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer services processes.
