We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead consultant specialist
In this role you will:
· We are seeking an experienced AEM/AMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, AWS migration projects, cloud automation, CDN, and WAF skills. You will be responsible for leading and executing AEM/AMS projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
· Lead and manage AEM/AMS projects from inception to completion.
· Provide technical expertise in AEM, Java, AWS migration projects, cloud automation, CDN, and WAF.
· Design, develop, and maintain AEM solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM, AWS, CDN, and WAF.
· Implement and manage cloud automation processes to improve efficiency and quality.
· Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AEM, Java, AWS, cloud automation, CDN, and WAF.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an AEM/AMS SME or similar role.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java.
· Experience with AWS migration projects.
· Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture.
· Experience with cloud automation tools and processes.
· Experience with CDN and WAF technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Responsible for Compliance with Risk Management, Conduct Approach and Change Framework across the SVS. Identify and manage delivery risks across the Agile Teams/ SVSs engaged.
· Facilitates raising of risks, blockers and dependencies and escalating relevant ones to the right forum stakeholders
· Manage deployment of changes including Go/No Go governance for pilots and customer launch so that business and tech teams make the right decisions based on transparency of readiness and risk Drive continuous improvement
· Identifies and seeks to minimise waste within the team's processes.
· Lead adoption and enablement of Agile WOO through team leadership and coaching
