Job Description:
Job Family Definition:
Responsible for defining, developing & supporting the sales process for technology and solutions with account teams. Engages in account transactions based on technical expertise required in specific deals/programs leveraging specialized knowledge base across multiple accounts. Focuses on area of technical expertise, e.g., specific products/areas within company’s global business units. Responsible for technical consulting work with customers in selling and supporting company products, services and systems, or software. Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training.
These jobs focus on selling to customers, typically through work that occurs outside HPE offices.
Management Level Definition:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Responsible for providing technical support in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s or channel partner’s business needs. Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Provides deep level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations. Aligned to specific products or product-lines.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing technical support in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s and channel partner’s business needs.
· Creates and maintains effective customer and channel partner relationships to secure customer satisfaction.
· Provides deep level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers and channel partners from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations.
· Aligned to specific products or product-lines.
· Responsible for technical enablement of internal sales team as well as channel partners across multiple geo’s and countries
Language requirements: High level of English as minimum. Any additional language (especially Dutch) is a plus
Additional skills: minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
