As a Spa Therapist , you’re not just providing professional spa treatments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
· Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
· Deliver professional spa treatments: Provide beauty services including massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, and pedicures according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
· Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment areas, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
· Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
· Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up to date knowledge of skincare techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
· Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
· Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
