This position will serve as the China MarTech Product Owner and key contact window to drive go-to-market Customer Data Platform (CDP) use case deliveries and lead product iterations. Also serve as an expert in the area of Product discipline and methodology, helping to shape MarTech as a personalization foundation to mature and empower business within the organization.

As the Senior Manager, MarTech Product in the region, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· As part of the GCM commercial services team, translate marketing and loyalty business needs into CDP/MA product requirements, formulate strategy and roadmap for CDP/MA use case implementation.
· Work closely together with other in-region MarTech workstream leaders, as well as global MarTech product teams to continuously seek leadership buy-ins and functional alignment on China CDP iteration plans, and align on MarTech product vision.
· Effectively drive delivery and results from a leadership seat.Take ownership on successful deliveries & activation performance and minimize the gap between commercial goals and product implementation with the support from technical program manager.
· Act as a product evangelist to effectively socialize and demonstrate CDP/MA capabilities, improvements, activation learnings and best practices to the Enterprise and relevant teams. Provide necessary training and upskilling. Create protocols of CDP/MA utilization across teams and provide necessary training and upskilling.
· Work closely with MarTech data / business analytics experts and utilize analytical skills to examine data, ideas, identify assumptions and obtain detailed information to support the planning of MarTech solutions and technology products. This involves ensuring solutions are focused on providing efficient service, increased revenue, groundbreaking user experiences and improved adoption results.
· Proactively feed ideas and recommendations into the MarTech roadmap planning by engaging with vendors and other leading market players. Create vendor and consulting relationships to ensure you are up to date in the rapidly evolving capability landscape in travel and hospitality as well as other potentially relevant industries.
· Promote best practices and standards of the use of the MarTech platforms.
· Provide critical thinking to incorporate emerging trends and innovative technologies in your recommendations that support the enhancement and improvement of the customer experience.
· Lead RFIs, RFPs and vendor demos for the Martech team when relevant and necessary. Work as the key point of contact to communicate and negotiate with vendors representing business & MarTech needs alongside the Hilton Supply Management and legal teams.

· Minimum Education: BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data / Statistics or related field
· Minimum Years of Experience: 5-7 years of working experiences
· Minimum Years of Management Experience: Min 2-3 years of CDP project management experiences in the local market, and min 1-2 years of people/team management
· Any Licenses or Certificates Required: N/A
· Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): infrequent travel might be needed occasionally to US/UK

b. Established humble leadership track record with ability to act proactively in all areas, especially product/project delivery and communication
c. Deep understanding of the functional purpose, integrations, hardware, software of the supported MarTech suite of products at Hilton and more broadly.
d. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner, and to engage senior audiences when presenting these issues broadly
e. Professional language skills in written and verbal English with day to day partnership with international teams. Years’ experiences in an MNC would be a plus.
f. Collaborates effectively and forms positive partnerships with team members in groups and levels across a matrixed organization
g. Multi-tasker, who handles multiple projects and priorities with a cool head under time constraints to effectively balance concurrent demands
h. Committed self-starters and accountable individual, who takes initiative in implementing goals, meeting deadlines, and recommending improvements
i. Extensive experience with Vendor relationship management
