Job description
Join our dynamic finance team where you will handle the full spectrum of accounts payable processes for our leading hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts Payable Processing: Manage timely and accurate collecting and processing of invoices, ensuring alignment with both hospitality and financial regulatory standards, keep the aging reports, prepare the payments on regular basis.
· Vendor Relations and Reconciliation: Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, maintaining smooth supply chain operations essential to hotel functions.
· Expense Management: Support all the operating teams in optimizing expense tracking specifically tailored to the hospitality sector.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a finance liaison across departments (Operations, HR, and Supply Chain) to enhance financial accuracy and support efficient hotel operations, to maintain approval flow of the incoming invoices.
· Month end procedures: On monthly basis deliver month end closure for the given area and specific accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
· Detail-Oriented: Precision in managing complex accounts and ensuring accuracy in accounting for all the payables.
· Technical Skills: High level knowledge in MS Office; experience with Navision or industry-specific tools such Birchstreet, JobRouter would be a plus
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze high volumes of data and provide actionable insights for cost control and efficiency improvements.
· Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address challenges specific to hospitality finance.
· Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams (HR, Commercial, all the operating departments) and external suppliers (communication in both English and Czech language)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Degree in Accounting, but not MUST.
· Finance, or related field experience is a plus.
· Experience in a hospitality finance environment is a significant advantage.
