Recruitment Specialist – Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience to deliver an excellent candidate experience and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will uphold Hilton’s global brand standards and work closely with internal stakeholders to meet the hotel’s talent acquisition needs. Reporting and analytics will be managed by the Director of HR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Respond to all candidate inquiries professionally and courteously, in line with Hilton brand standards
·
Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, providing a high-quality candidate experience
·
Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates via online platforms, social media, and networking
·
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments in accordance with Hilton recruitment protocols
·
Guide internal stakeholders on HR systems to ensure timely completion of recruitment-related documentation
·
Ensure all candidate documentation, including work permits, immigration, and compliance records, is accurate and up to date
·
Support talent acquisition initiatives in alignment with Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus standards
·
In addition to all recruitment-related duties and responsibilities, to fully carry out the tasks specified in the job description or assigned periodically by the line manager, as well as all HR-related reporting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
·
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources department especially in the field of recruitment.
·
Fluent in Turkish and English
·
Experience in luxury hospitality is advantageous
·
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
·
Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs
·
