What will your responsibilities be?

1) PR and Media Communication

· 
Creating and distributing simple press releases

· 
Communicating with media partners and journalists

· 
Actively negotiating, organizing, and overseeing the execution of partnership and sponsorship agreements

· 
Coordinating and supervising press trips organized by third parties

· 
Managing collaborations with influencers and hotel visits

2) Marketing and Campaign Execution

· 
Supporting the Food & Drinks department, which includes five restaurants and bars, with various marketing initiatives – from small projects to large campaigns

· 
Ensuring marketing support in areas such as:

· 
Development and distribution of printed materials

· 
Website updates and content adjustments

· 
Coordination of online marketing campaigns

· 
Promotion of events through partner websites and platforms

· 
Planning and coordinating photoshoots and video production for marketing campaigns and promotions

· 
Assisting in the communication, promotion, and organization of key corporate events by providing marketing support, developing creative ideas, managing deadlines, and overseeing PR activities

3) Social Media

· 
Supporting event promotion

· 
Occasionally creating content

· 
Assisting in campaign management

· 
Engaging in community management, including occasional guest interactions and responses

Who are we looking for?

A creative team player with at least three years of experience in marketing or PR , fluent Czech (native level), and excellent English skills. Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills are key for this role.
