DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island is looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to join the team! With 723 rooms, 14 food and beverage outlets, 7 Pools and a private beach, this award-winning property offers elevated comfort and food inspired by from around the world.

As a HR Supervisor, you would be responsible for:

·  Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
·  Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
·  Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
·  Plan and execute reports and regional data
·  Implement and enforce hotel HR policies and procedures.
·  Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
·  Ensure compliance with labour laws and hotel industry regulations.
·  Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
·  Facilitate communication between management and team members.

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet in order to be considered. These are detailed as follows:

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
·  At least 2-3 years of HR experience in the hospitality or service industry.
·  Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
·  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
·  A passion for team work and development
·  Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
·  Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships
·  Excellent computer application skills
·  Analytical approach to work
