The Role
At Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, we are seeking a Minibar Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the Minibar department and ensure exceptional guest experiences through accurate, efficient, and timely minibar service.
Reporting to the In-Room Dining Manager, the Minibar Supervisor will be responsible for supervising minibar operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards, and leading a small team to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the daily operation of the Minibar department to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery
· Ensure minibar products are replenished, charged, and maintained according to Hilton standards
· Monitor minibar inventory levels and stock movement to minimize discrepancies and losses
· Support revenue generation through effective minibar management and product control
· Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies
· Lead, coach, and support Team Members to achieve departmental objectives
Main Duties
· Coordinate daily minibar replenishment activities and room inspections
· Ensure minibar consumption is accurately recorded and posted to guest accounts in a timely manner
· Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
· Investigate and resolve inventory variances and posting discrepancies
· Maintain accurate records of stock movement, consumption, and wastage
· Ensure minibar storage areas are clean, organized, secure, and fully stocked
· Supervise and support Minibar Attendants, providing guidance and performance feedback
· Deliver departmental briefings and communicate operational updates to the team
· Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and In-Room Dining teams to ensure smooth operations
· Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory control procedures
· Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, local regulations, and food safety requirements
· Support initiatives aimed at improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
· Previous experience in Food & Drink, Minibar Operations, Inventory Control, or a similar supervisory role within hospitality
· Strong organizational and administrative skills
· Good understanding of stock control, inventory management, and revenue protection
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of POS and inventory systems is preferred
· Fluency in English

Additional Information
This is a full-time position and requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays according to operational needs.
The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying stock items while maintaining high operational standards.
