Embassy Suites Napa Valley Hotel is a mile from Downtown and within eight miles of a plethora of local wineries. Our all-suite hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds featuring California redwoods, rose gardens, and resident wildlife. We offer a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening cocktail reception.
Currently in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality bringing authentic, distinctive programming on-property. Our 7-acre resort will include refined interiors, a luxurious spa, open-air courtyard, meditation gardens and exceptional culinary experiences.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
What will I be doing?
Responsible for executing all marketing strategies for Embassy Suites Napa Valley Hotel, soon to be Curio Collection by Hilton. Key responsibilities include championing the brand positioning, managing the social media strategy, partnership execution and content development. Success measures include increasing topline revenue and achieving channel/market share objectives.
Specifically, your essential functions will be to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Branding & Positioning: Supports in the development and execution of the hotel positioning and content / messaging strategy based on the hotels' business and customer mix as well as brand pillars.
· On-Property Experiences: Works alongside operations to ideate and market curated on-property experiences and activations.
· B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support: Collaborates with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments.
· Branding & Positioning: Supports in the development and execution of the hotel positioning and content / messaging strategy based on the hotels' business and customer mix as well as brand pillars.
· On-Property Experiences: Works alongside operations to ideate and market curated on-property experiences and activations.
· B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support: Collaborates with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments.
· Market Research: Conducts market-level research, such as SWOT analysis, competitive set studies, and paid marketing surveys to test current and/or new service levels and marketing concepts. Content / Asset Development & Strategy: Manages the direction, execution and regular audits of marketing-specific assets, collateral, website, 3rd party sites, social media, digital & traditional advertising, photo / video shoots.
· Digital Marketing & Media: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns and digital media in alignment with marketing calendar planning.
· Public Relations and Social Media Management: Supports the development and execution of PR & Social Media strategies including influencer and media relations.
· Campaign Management & Execution: Works with Revenue Management to utilize reporting and data when making strategic decisions focused on optimizing performance.
· Partnership Execution & Management: Executes and maintains local partnerships for activation/ sponsorship opportunities that align with the hotel's positioning.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $96,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
