Job description
As the Marketing Executive at Hilton Yala Resort, you will be responsible for:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborating with the management team to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the resort and its offerings, targeting both domestic and international guests.
- Digital Marketing Management: Overseeing the resort’s online presence through websites, social media channels, and email marketing. You will manage content creation, ensure consistency across all platforms, and use analytics to measure campaign success.
- Social Media Management: Creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to enhance guest engagement and drive traffic to the resort.
- Advertising Campaigns: Planning and executing advertising initiatives to drive awareness and bookings for the resort. This includes working with media partners, creating compelling ads, and measuring effectiveness.
- Public Relations: Assisting in crafting press releases, managing media relations, and coordinating promotional activities to maintain a positive image of Hilton Yala Resort in the public eye.
- Event Support: Collaborating with the events team to market special events, conferences, and promotional packages, ensuring optimal guest attendance and engagement.
- Market Research: Conducting competitor analysis, tracking industry trends, and identifying opportunities to ensure Hilton Yala Resort remains competitive within the local and international market.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall hotel goals and customer expectations.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt your message for different audiences.
