The Marcom Executive assists the Marcom Manager in executing marketing activities to drive revenue streams (including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets & Weddings, and Meetings & Events), local awareness (reputation and understanding of hotel brands in the city) and relationships (hotel guests, media companies, local community, and vendors).
What will I be doing?
As the Marcom Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Assist the Marcom Manager with core marketing responsibilities: strategic planning, print and digital advertising, content management, public relations, hotel promotions, events, and social media management.
· Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.
· Assist in managing hotel marketing activities, including budgets, guest lists, project plans, media engagement, photography/video production, and gift coordination.
· Oversee social media channels, create engaging content (including short videos), and monitor online reputation.
· Develop strategic promotional activities and maintain the hotel's customer database through social media platforms.
· Track competitors' marketing activities and visibility, providing insights to the Marcom Manager/Director for strategy development.
· Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
· Liaise with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.
· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

· Administrative Tasks:
· Maintain a well-organized marketing asset library.
· Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
· Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
· Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
· Graphic Design and Photography:
· Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials.
· Capture high-quality photos of the hotel's facilities, rooms, and events.
· Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal.
· Create infographics, presentations, and other visual content.

• Bachelor’s / College degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience or 4 years of university education and work experience equivalent combined.
• Strong time management skills and able to complete multiple tasks.
• Strong writing skills in Chinese and English to meet business needs.
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for Content generation.
