Job description
We are looking for an Interim Coordinator to join our Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) – Asia Pacific (APAC) team.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
· Review and revamp / create HWS communications and special event templates
· Organize and execute HWS APAC webinars and meetings such as internal / hotel facing
· Create and update Hilton Lobby Page for ad-hoc projects or communications-related tasks
· Plan and executive communications plan for HWS APAC events
· Work with team to review and create creative works and develop standard operating procedures for HWS and Support

You have these minimum qualifications:
· Fresh graduates, final-year students may be considered
· Proficient in MS Office suites
· Strong organization and communication skills
· Interest in sales, communications, stakeholder management and sales processes in the hospitality industry
