What will you be doing? 

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for:

· 
Supervising and supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations  

· 
Supervising the team, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guest expectations are exceeded 

· 
Training and developing team members, ensuring they maintain a professional manner  

· 
Understanding menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities 

· 
Performing duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm  

What are we looking for?  

· 
RSA - Must have a current and valid ‘Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate 

· 
Demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a F&B role 

· 
Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service 

· 
A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
