What You’ll Do

·  Prepare and present dishes to Hilton’s high standards of quality and consistency
·  Complete all mise en place for relevant menus
·  Support the kitchen brigade and collaborate across departments
·  Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in all work areas
·  Monitor food costs and contribute to revenue targets
·  Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues promptly
·  Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
·  Strive to meet departmental goals as part of a dynamic team

What We’re Looking For

·  Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
·  NVQ Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) or equivalent qualification
·  Strong English communication skills
·  Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
·  Team player with a passion for learning and culinary excellence
·  Completion of a basic food hygiene course
·  Accredited commercial cookery course or trade apprenticeship

Desirable:

·  NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
·  Experience in high-standard, fast-paced kitchen environments
