Job Requirements

The Corporate Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving corporate revenue and strengthening relationships with key business clients. The role focuses on identifying new corporate opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and supporting the execution of the hotel’s sales strategy.

Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position contributes to growing the corporate segment through proactive sales activities, account management, and participation in corporate travel programs.

Key responsibilities include managing corporate accounts, preparing proposals, participating in RFP processes, conducting site inspections, and supporting client events when required. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as Front Office and Revenue Management to ensure successful client experiences and achievement of revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Work Experience

·  University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

·  Previous experience in hotel sales, corporate account management, or business development .

·  Strong commercial mindset and sales orientation , with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

·  Experience managing corporate accounts and participating in RFP processes within the hospitality industry is a plus.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

·  Strong organizational and analytical skills , with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; experience with Delphi/Salesforce or CRM systems is an advantage.

·  Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level) , both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

·  Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment , demonstrating proactivity, resilience, and results orientation.
