Following a property-wide renovation, The Diplomat enters its next era—transitioning into Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. The Resort Lifestyle Experience team is elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed rooms and reimagined beachfront destination.

We are seeking a Part-Time Lifestyle Host to join our exceptional team at the Verandah Social Club! Please note that tasks of this position are primarily performed in an outdoor capacity.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of one to two years of hospitality and/or food and beverage experience. We're seeking someone who is an ambitious self-starter, who can be personable with guests and really sell our amenities!

It would be considered an asset to have worked within a resort environment, preferably of a luxury brand/with training on the Forbes standards.

 

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work 8-hour shifts starting between 9 am and 11 am, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed without restriction

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Part-Time Lifestyle Host, you would be responsible for coordinating, promoting, publicizing and facilitating club activities and programs in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Coordinate, promote, publicize and facilitate all activities and programs for the spa/salon/fitness center/health club
·  Perform receptionist duties including, but not limited to, answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, processing and recording financial transactions, scheduling appointments and stocking and maintaining supplies, as needed
·  Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
·  Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
·  Perform general club duties, as needed
