An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, smooth coordination between front and back-of-house, and consistent delivery of Hilton quality standards. This role focuses solely on one restaurant outlet and plays a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s service and operations by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily service and maintaining Hilton brand standards at all times
·  Manage the flow of guests and ensure seamless communication between service staff and the kitchen
·  Guide the team to maximize sales opportunities, including upselling and promoting menu highlights
·  Ensure team members consistently deliver excellent customer service
·  Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner
·  Oversee accurate billing and transaction processes during service
·  Assist with scheduling, training, stock control, and monitoring wastage to support efficient operation
