Position Statement

The Türkiye region within Hilton Supply Management is responsible for supporting the execution and governance of strategic procurement initiatives across both Food & Beverage and Non-Food & Services categories for all managed, franchised, and third-party hotels operating under Hilton Supply Management agreements.
The National Procurement Senior Executive Türkiye plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring operational excellence, governance compliance, supplier coordination, and commercial competitiveness across the portfolio.

Position Summary

· 
To support the planning, coordination, and execution of Purchasing and Supply Management activities across both F&D and Non-F&D & Services categories within Türkiye.

· 
Ensuring goods and services are procured in alignment with Hilton brand standards, operational requirements, procurement policies, and governance frameworks.

· 
To provide structured operational and administrative support to the National Procurement Manager and broader procurement team.

· 
To coordinate communication between suppliers, cluster teams, and property-level purchasing contacts to ensure timely execution of procurement processes.

· 
To ensure procurement tools (such as Birchstreet and Coupa Smart Spend) are properly utilized and maintained.

· 
To ensure that all procurement tools (such as Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend ) are implemented and maintained.

·  To contribute to sourcing activities, tender coordination, documentation management, and contract administration.

Strategic Procurement & Business Operations 55%

· 
Support procurement activities across F&D and Non-F&D & Services categories in line with national strategy.

· 
Assist in collecting quotations from approved suppliers and preparing structured price comparison analyses.

· 
Compile commercial summaries and benchmarking data for review by the National Procurement Manager.

· 
Support supplier negotiations and assist in agreement preparation under managerial guidance.

· 
Assist in the coordination of national tenders, RFP processes, and CAPEX or service contract sourcing events.

· 
Maintain supplier data, pricing structures, and documentation in procurement systems (e.g., Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend).

· 
Contribute to lifecycle cost analysis, consumption tracking, and savings capture reporting.

· 
Support the implementation of national, regional, and global agreements across properties.

Organisational activities 20 %

· 
Report directly to National Procurement Manager (NPM)

· 
Provide regular updates on supplier coordination, sourcing progress, and operational follow-ups.

· 
Assist in reporting savings, cost avoidance, and contract updates within Coupa Smart Spend.

· 
Act as a coordination point between suppliers, national procurement team and hotel purchasing contacts.

· 
Address supply challenges and ensure timely resolution with suppliers.

· 
Support follow-up on quotations, documentation gaps, and supplier compliance matters

· 
Ensure supplier documentation, contracts, and records are maintained in accordance with Hilton governance standards.

· 
Communicate procurement updates and agreements through internal meetings and channels.

·  Contribute to process standardization and documentation consistency across the region.

Strategic Development & Compliance 20%

· 
Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies across the F&D category, ensuring alignment with brand standards and supplier compliance.

· 
Assist in ensuring hotel teams are informed about nominated suppliers and applicable procurement procedures.

· 
Support data consolidation and reporting activities related to spend analysis, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.

· 
Contribute to digital procurement tool adoption and reporting template standardization.

· 
Ensure hotel teams are informed about nominated suppliers and purchasing policies.

·  Support the implementation of procurement governance standards and compliance requirements across all categories.

Human Resources 5%

· 
Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and proactive engagement within the procurement team.

· 
Contribute to team performance through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement mindset.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform supportive duties as assigned from time to time, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company or departmental objective.
