Projects Governance
Ensure overall application of project review governance cycle, invite right audience to the right reviews. Ensure that all projects as per Region DOA are reviewed with full coverage. Ensure Tender & Project Management Handbook (PMH) methods & guidelines are implemented and respected. Check Unifier update and follow missing information with the PM Team. Prepare follow up of Cash and Sales review with the PM team
Closeout
Ensure COT projects Road Map reviews are conducted across the region with focus to collection of retentions and Bonds. Support in the monitoring of operational and financial performance of projects in closeout phase. Assess & Monitor Annual performance of Retention collections & support the team for any escalation.
Processes & tools
Support the Implementation & maintenance of Project Management processes & tools in collaboration with other functions. Pro-actively propose improvements to these processes & tools to the global function leader based on users feedback. Provide or/and organize trainings / assistance as required.
Project Management Communities
Be a key user of Certain project management tools in the Region (Replacement of Unifier) Support key users in their role (most of the time key user role is not a full-time job): ensure they are active in the Region / PL, actively anticipate & propose nominations
Risk Management
Build a Risks and Opportunity database. Ensure LD Questionnaires & Risk Snapshots ( Risk & Opportunity validations) are done on quarterly basis for all active projects. Contribute to operational discipline, analysis accuracy and data quality at ITO and OTR Follow up with PM team the risk/opp assessment & mitigation plan. Contribute to lesson learned process for Project Risks with OTR/ ITO feedback loop

Ensure NC’s are reported or resolved in a timely manner.
Desired Characteristics & Qualifications:
an Ideal Candidate:
- is pursuing studies in the areas of Project administration/ management or Business administration /management
- has fluent English skills (oral&written), knowledge of another European language e.g. German or French is a plus
- able to come to work in our offices in Berlin (Culem ) DE
