Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for doing all the quality inspections of all the materials that are received in the Supply Unit.
· Responsible of updating quality master data (SAP)
· Responsible for quality assurance, which includes:
· Managing customer complaints, with the same modus operandi as NCPs, making clear the urgency of the issue since our client has already been impacted by the reported deviation.
· Carrying out NCP treatments, evaluating problems, using quality tools (5Why's, Ishikawa, 8D, etc.) make the root cause analyses, supporting the team in containment action and later corrective action, as well as supporting the COPQ reporting at NCP when applicable.
· Managing lessons learned through NCPs and ACTs as well as good practices for continuous improvement in the organization.
· Maintaining the organization of documents for each process in the editable files and master list of official documents. Carrying out periodic inspections of processes to validate the applicability of the document to the department's routine and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
· Promoting initiatives that contribute to the team's engagement in quality issues.
· Assessing the need and promoting the training calendar to disseminate the quality mindset to the team
· Responsible for managing Quality Management System KPIs
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining the communication plan in the region effectively
· Responsible for fully managing the QMS (Services and SU) ensuring the system complies with the applicable ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
· Responsible for supporting sourcing in the development of local suppliers ensuring that this suppliers comply with our material specifications.
· Responsible in receiving the contracted group of auditors to make sure that the audit aligns to all of the Supply Unit requirements, monitoring the audits and the results obtained from them. The same applies to external audits.
Required Qualifications
· This role requires basic experience in Quality
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Desired Characteristics
· Desire English intermediate level
· Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
